A pipe ferrule is a type of pipe fitting made of various materials used especially for joining or binding one part to another (as pipe sections). A pipe ferrule consists of a circular clamp which is used to hold together and attach fibers, wires or posts. It is a type of a ring or cap attached to an object to protect against damage, splitting or wear. A pipe ferrule is also known as a circular fitting device that is used to hold the pipes together.

Pipe ferrules are available in various sizes. Pipe ferrules of larger sizes are designed in such a way that they have special hardening processes which can offer better leak resistance and tube holding at higher pressures.

Shape Instruction:

• Straight union, like U, MC, TAF etc.
• 90° elbow: like ME, UE, EBW, FE etc.
• T(tee, 3 way): like MRT, MBT, UT, MT etc.
• Cross(4 way): like UCR etc.

Connection Instruction:

• Thread: NPT male thread, NPT female thread, PT male thread, PT female thread. 
• Ferrule: like U, it can be directly connected to tube.
• Welded: like one end of EBW.
• Tube: like one end of TAM.

Feature: 

• All the compression fittings are used for gas or oil. 
• Highest pressure: 3000-6000psi (206bar, 20.6MPa-403bar，40.3Mpa)
• Very very low leak, can be negligible.
• Long  service life

Package and delivery:

In ZK all of our stainless steel welded pipes & tubes are packaged as per international standard to prevent any possible damage or loss. We often packed the pipes and tubes with PE bag and plastic caps than wrapped woven plastic bag in outside. However, for some special pipes & tubes that are vulnerable to dirt, scratches, stress or rough handling, we will suggest plywood case for protection. Kindly note that the plywood case will have the extra cost, not only its own cost, but also the increased freight cost as the CBM is bigger, we suggest to with the plywood package if LCL shipment. For enhanced customer experience, we also provide dedicated package as per your special requirements.
